Fall Native Plant Event

Go native! Native plants support native pollinators!

Prickly pear cactus blooming in the our Native Plant Garden at the Endless Mountains Nature Center, Tunkhannock, PA.During the growing season the Native Plant Garden bursts with colorful blooms and bustles with pollinators. After nine years of growing, many of the plants were large enough to be divided. Some plants were divided and potted earlier this summer. Some plants can be divided on the spot.

Knowledgeable volunteers will be on hand to recommend plants for your growing conditions. Many of the plants will be native, while all grow in our local climate. More details will be posted as they become available. Plants will be available for a donation, except the plants purchased from Edge of the Woods Native Plant Nursery.
