Teens ages 13-17 years old assist the camp staff with setting up and cleaning up, supervising campers, and leading games and activities. They gain experience working with younger children and learn how to plan age-appropriate activities. CITs also learn about the weekly topic of Nature Day Camp.
Creating art with natural objects we collect and shape our bodies through yoga. We combine being creative, exploring nature, and developing balance. Campers create works of art from found objects like rocks, leaves, snake skins, branches, and stems. They create their works of art in the fields and forest, and along the creek! Each day they shape their bodies into eagles, trees, cobras, dogs, mountains, and other wonderful things through yoga practice. Limited to 8 to 12 year old campers.
